Wix and Squarespace give you a drag-and-drop editor — you do the work. TaiChu Web AI is closer to having someone on call: you describe the change in plain English, and the AI makes it. We also work with the website you already have, so you don't have to rebuild on a new platform.
Every change creates a backup before it goes live, so you can roll back to the previous version with one click. For larger jobs you can also take a manual backup yourself on the Premium plan. Nothing is permanent unless you decide it is.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or by emailing info@taichuweb.ai. Your access continues to the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't lock you into a contract.
A token is roughly four characters of text the AI reads or writes. A typical edit — a chat message, the AI’s reply, and the change it makes — uses around 5,000 tokens. So 100,000 tokens is about 20 edits a month, 500,000 is about 100, and 2,000,000 is about 400. Short edits cost less, big rewrites cost more.
No, they're two different things. The editing chat is the private chat you use to update your site. The chatbot widget is a chat bubble your visitors see on your site — it answers their questions about your business. Professional and Premium plans include the widget; Essential doesn't.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. The new plan takes effect on your next billing date.
Edits get slower as you approach your limit, and once you're over, new edits pause until your budget resets on the first of the next month — or until you upgrade to a higher plan. Your site stays live the whole time; only new editing pauses.
Not yet. Right now we bill monthly only. We may add an annual option later; if we do, existing customers will hear about it first.
Not at the moment. We bill month-to-month, so the lowest-risk way to try us is the Essential plan: $59 for the month, cancel anytime, your access continues to the end of the billing period. We're working on a proper trial and will announce it when it's ready.
We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period and aren't charged again. If something has gone seriously wrong with your account, email info@taichuweb.ai and we'll work it out.
